All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through 288 Travel to insure their place in the 2027 Jefferson Cup – teams found to be in violation of this requirement are subject to disqualification without refund of their entry fee, and will jeopardize their participation in future Richmond United tournaments.
Jefferson Cup Hotel Reservations will only be processed for those teams officially ACCEPTED into the 2027 Jefferson Cup.

By using 288 Travel as our booking service, Richmond United and the Jefferson Cup can offer our “Act of God” Clause. Should the event be canceled prior to 6:00 PM day of arrival for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, all unoccupied reservations covered under our “Act of God” will be released at no charge: (1) If event is cancelled prior to 6:00 PM day of check-in, no penalty will be assessed; (2) If event is cancelled AFTER 6:00 PM day of check-in, all reservations are subject to a fee of one night’s room rate plus tax; (3) For occupied rooms, a check-out of 11:00 AM the following day is required to avoid further charges.
